The body and yoke of the sweater are worked from the bottom up, while the sleeves are worked from the top down. The sweater is not designed to fit very tightly, so choose a size that is approx. 5-8 cm [2-3¼ inches] larger than your bust circumference. The sweater is worked with one strand of each yarn held together throughout. The body is worked in the round on a circular needle to the armholes. After stitches have been bound off at the underarms, the front and back yoke are finished separately. The shoulders are sewn together using Kitchener stitch, so the transitions are almost invisible.
