Terms and Conditions for CamijoKnit

Payment
All prices are in Danish kroner (DKK), including VAT.
At CamijoKnit, you can pay with Visa/Visa Electron, MobilePay, Mastercard/Maestro, PayPal, and Apple Pay. For card payments, the amount is of course not charged until the goods are shipped from the store. All prices in the webshop include 25% Danish VAT.

Shipping

You can choose between delivery to a parcel locker or home delivery. You can track your order, and it is insured.

Right of withdrawal and returns
You have a 14-day right of withdrawal for physical products. The item must be returned in substantially the same condition as when you received it. This means that the right of withdrawal is void in the event of damage or loss for which you are responsible. CamijoKnit does not refund return shipping costs. There is no right of withdrawal for digital products.

We do not accept returns sent to another pickup address.
Remember to enclose a copy of your order confirmation or packing slip. If you paid by Visa, the amount will be refunded to that card unless otherwise agreed. The money will be transferred as soon as CamijoKnit receives the goods.

All prices are in Danish kroner, including 25% VAT.

The information you enter when shopping at CamijoKnit is used solely to process your order and to send you the CamijoKnit newsletter, if you have agreed to receive it. All customer and order information is used and stored in accordance with data protection laws. The Danish Data Protection Act gives you the right to access the information CamijoKnit has registered about you. You can obtain this information by contacting CamijoKnit@gmail.com
