Yarn alternative: replace 1 strand of mohair with one strand of fingering weight yarn, maybe one strand of handdyed yarn with a yardage of approx. 210 m/50 g for a more solid garment.
The design is worked from the bottom up. The sweater is not designed to fit closely to the body, so choose a size that has approx. 5-8 cm / 2-3¼ “ of positive ease. The design is worked in 2 strands of mohair held together throughout. The body is worked in the round on a circular needle to the armholes, then stitches are bound off for the armholes and front and back are finished separately. Pick up stitches for sleeves and knit them top-down.
